We collect the details you submit through the quiz (recipient name, story, preferences), your email and payment details processed by Shopify/Stripe. We also collect standard analytics data (page views, device, country).
How we use it
To write and deliver your custom song, provide customer support, send order updates, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and pixels (including Meta Pixel) to measure marketing performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing general@holysong.com.
SMS / text messaging
When you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from HolySong, we collect your phone number and your consent record: the date, the time and the page where you opted in.
We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or your SMS opt-in data with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number is used only to send you the messages described in our SMS Terms, and is shared only with the service providers that deliver those messages on our behalf.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can request deletion of your phone number at any time by emailing general@holysong.com.
