1. Overview
Holy Song ("we", "our", "us") creates custom songs based on the information you submit through our quiz. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Delivery
Standard delivery is 3,7 business days from checkout. Priority 24-hour delivery is available as an optional upgrade. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Holy Song, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We may offer a revision before issuing a refund.
4. Licensing & Use
Every Holy Song is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Public performance at private events, gatherings or on social media is permitted. Commercial redistribution, resale or use in paid advertising is not permitted without written permission.
5. Content You Provide
You confirm that the information you submit (names, memories, verses, etc.) is yours to share and does not violate the rights of others.
7. SMS Terms & Conditions
Program description. HolySong, operated by OceanVault LLC, sends text messages about the custom song you requested: order and delivery updates, and occasional offers.
How to join. You opt in by entering your mobile number on holysong.com and continuing through the song quiz, where the consent notice is shown. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
How to get help. Reply HELP, or email general@holysong.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers. AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, US Cellular, MetroPCS and others.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
